Marketing Executive

Job Summary Wordcraft Dubai is hiring an energetic Corporate Marketing Specialist to promote and sell our legal translation and attestation services. This role combines field sales, client meetings, and local lead generation across Dubai. Perfect for a target-driven professional skilled in B2B sales and marketing. Key Responsibilities Generate B2B leads and acquire clients (law firms, corporates, HR departments, embassies, individuals). Conduct field visits across Dubai to present services, negotiate, and close sales. Run targeted marketing activities (WhatsApp campaigns, social media, local promotions). Handle inquiries, prepare quotes with the Dubai head office, and close deals. Maintain client relationships and achieve monthly sales targets. Report daily field visits and conversion performance. Requirements UAE Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales/marketing in the UAE (Mandatory). Driving License: Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory). Skills: Strong English communication, negotiation, and lead-generation skills. Preferred: Experience in B2B service sales; legal, document, or translation industry knowledge is a plus. Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dubai market. What We Offer Base Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 + sales incentives/commission. Career growth into senior/management roles. Work Location: In person Account management (existing clients) As well as winning new business, this role looks after the clients and members we already have in Dubai: keeping in regular contact, understanding what else they need, handling their repeat translation and attestation work, and making sure they stay with us. Roughly, growing the accounts we have matters as much as opening new ones.
